Dr. Tanesha Gamory is the CEO of Residential Enhancements, Inc. dba RE Global and a seasoned federal procurement strategist with more than 16 years of experience winning and managing government contracts across federal, state, and local agencies. Under her leadership, RE Global has secured nearly half a billion dollars in contract awards and funding in the government contracting marketplace, including major federal program support and compliance-driven contracts in the housing and real estate asset space.

Most notably and recent contract award, Dr. Gamory leads RE Global’s role as a Mortgagee Compliance Manager (MCM 4.0) contractor for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), where the firm supports policy-aligned accountability, portfolio compliance, and operational execution for federally administered housing programs. Her portfolio spans federal, state, and municipal clients, with deep expertise in procurement structures for real estate, community development, and housing initiatives, positioning her as a trusted advisor to public sector agencies on high-impact, compliance-focused contracts.
